A clearer service experience

Every service has a story. Make it easy to follow.

From the first appointment to the final update, LineGleam helps service teams show what happened, what changed, and what comes next.

Update recorded
When plans change, everyone knows.
Know the latest

One understandable service state.

Handle changes

A delay has an owner and a next step.

Keep the record

See the updates after the visit.

01 / HOW IT WORKS

Less “what’s going on?”
More clarity at every turn.

One focused flow connects the people doing the work with the people waiting for it. Each update says what was actually recorded—not what a map or guess might imply.

01

Plan the visit

Give customers a simple view of the scheduled service and the expected window.

02

Share what changed

Record progress or a delay with a clear timestamp and a responsible next action.

03

Close the loop

Leave a readable history for the customer and the team—without losing context.

02 / BUILT FOR SERVICE TEAMS

A calmer day for the team. A clearer day for your customer.

Keep a single service visit moving: assign it, record an update, flag a delay, take action and close with a useful record.

  • Focus on the next action, not a crowded dashboard.
  • Make a change visible without claiming certainty you don’t have.
  • Give customers a clear place to check the visit history.

03 / A BETTER STANDARD

Trust starts with honest information.

We’re designing LineGleam so a status means an actual recorded event. If a team reports a delay, the record should say when it was reported and what happens next.

This is an early demonstration, not a deployed customer system. Live location, notifications, real accounts and business integrations are not active. Those require pilot evidence and dedicated privacy and security work.

04 / START A CONVERSATION

Curious what this could do for your team?

Tell us a little about your service workflow. We’re speaking with teams to learn where updates get lost and what a clearer handoff would actually change.

Please do not include customer names, addresses, live locations or other sensitive details.

This form is for general inquiries only. We’ll use your details to respond to you; please see our privacy notice.

A CUSTOMER VIEW TO TAKE WITH YOU

A clearer update, right on your phone.

Try a dedicated customer app preview with a sample visit and readable history. Open it in your browser or add it to your phone’s Home Screen. No app-store account or sign-up is needed for this fictional preview.

Open and add to phone

Preview only. No live service tracking, messages or customer accounts.

01Open the preview

See the sample visit from the customer’s point of view.

02Add to your phone

Use the button in the app or your browser’s Add to Home Screen option.

03Review together

Tell us what would make a real service day clearer.
