LineGleam is an early product concept. Its interactive demonstration uses fictional information and does not create a customer account or collect live service locations.

Website inquiries

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, work email, company or team, and any optional message. We use those details to review and reply to your inquiry. Please do not include customer records, precise locations, payment information, or other sensitive information.

The website and form are hosted by Netlify, which processes and stores form submissions. Inquiry notifications are sent to our Zoho Mail inbox, octavian@linegleam.com, where we review and answer them. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for advertising. We keep inquiries while they are needed for a conversation or legitimate business record, then delete them from the form dashboard and inbox when no longer needed. No automated deletion period is currently configured.

You can ask us about an inquiry or request its deletion by emailing octavian@linegleam.com. This notice will be revised as the concept develops or our practices change.
